To reach the picture, you need to activate the Debug Mode on the title screen (Square, Square, Square, Circle, Circle, Circle, R1, R2). Doing this will allow you to activate any transformation from the start. Create a combination of a creature that can jump really high, like an hybrid. The jump can be hard to make as the invisible path seems to be quite narrow, and the frustrating camera doesn't help. Once on top, follow the path to the picture, where you will find Fred Selker and his then-girlfriend, who can also be found in many other games Fred worked on, like Psychonauts and Brutal Legends.
