Sherp was broken down, stranded for a week, frozen in the ice on a lake with lows of -20 F. We were able to get the Sherp off the ice with unconventional methods. The fusible shaft broke due to bolts backing out of universal joints.

Come-a-long, jacks, chisels, Polaris Ranger, winch were required to get the Sherp out of the ice.

I will definitely be implementing a PM program. Shame on me for not consistently doing that.
