This video includes 12 minutes of mindfulness using gentle movements that anyone can do from the ease of their home. This video series is aligned with the timeline of the academic year so that students can follow along during key moments in the semester.

This video focuses on the concepts of managing competing priorities, balance, strength, and resilience. We explore these concepts through the wisdom of our own bodies. At the end, there are reflection questions designed to enhance your practice. Please share your reflections and feedback in the comments section.
