Two unused cutscenes with Jimmy, deeply burried within the game.
While there is neither dialogue nor subtitles, all the animations and cinematography look very close to final. Seems like there was a different event route around the ticket planned at one point.
These cutscenes were unlocked by warping around with LemonHaze's Shenmue 1/2 Misc Tools. Similar to the Debug Beta, where I once found the Asia Travel cutscene, you can enter an area ID, scene ID and entry ID to go anywhere instantly.
Entry IDs usually correspond to drop-off points on the map, like coming into Dobuita from Sakuragaoka or from the Tomato Mart for example. But some entry IDs will trigger cutscenes instead. And these are the values need for the unused Jimmy scenes here.

After about 6 weeks of playing on and off and countless attempts I was finally able to complete the forklift race in undisputed world record time.

It only took me a handful of races to reach a time that tops the speedrun.com leaderboard. But that wasnt enough for me as there is still the archived Shenmue Passport leaderboard, wich has way faster runs. So I kept pushing on, refined my steering and line further and further until I finally got the one run where everything worked out done.

This record race here has the second fastest lap 1 and fastest lap 3 Ive ever done. Only lap 2 is lacking, though its still the second fastest in a completed race. The sum of my best individual laps would be 2:40:46 but thats a bit too crazy to all be in one race where I dont get stuck on a wall or obstacle.
