Ailian He, the blue dressed fortune teller from the docks, just can't resist to openly tell her feelings after almost instantly becoming infatuated with Ryo. She then even takes care to instruct Ryo to stay away from other women.
This little love story can easily be missed as these readings happen very randomly. Many players will likely also completely miss Alian after leaving Aberdeen. She resides in Hermit Fortunetellers in the Green Market Quarter during the Wan Chai chapter. In Kowloon she can be found in Blackness Fortunetellers, behind the entrance of the Dancing Dragon Building.
I would advise to get the first reading at the start of the game. If you then proceed with the story for a bit you can get most of the following readings in either Aberdeen or Wan Chai. For the final one I had to resort to visiting her in Kowloon.
