John Waters' 1990 cult classic Cry-Baby focuses on Allison (Amy Locane), a prim and proper square, who falls for Wade "Cry-Baby'" Walker (Johnny Depp), a motorcycle-riding juvenile delinquent. Set in the 1950s, it dives into the subculture of the 'drapes', a group of rockabilly delinquents.
The ensemble cast including Susan Tyrrell, Iggy Pop, Ricki Lake, Traci Lords, Kim McQuire, Polly Bergen, Troy Donahue, Mink Stole, Joe Dallesandro, Joey Heatherton, David Nelson, Patricia Hearst, and Willem Dafoe make this music focused film hit hard.
