Chrisanna Elser was hit with a theft summons last September after Flock cameras flagged her truck driving through Bow Mar, Colorado, around the time a package was stolen. Police said nearby doorbell footage identified her.
The charge was dropped only after Elser provided phone location data, dashcam footage from her truck, and video evidence showing she was somewhere else when the theft happened.
