- What's with this whole spiritual thing?
Sometimes you've gotta ask some high quality questions like 'who am I?' and 'Why am I here?' this usually occurs in the depths of suffering, in order to create change, asking these questions takes us on a journey inward where we discover firstly who we are not... you are not your thoughts, your mind, your body or your ego identity, you are not the story you tell yourself, you are not your successes or failures, you are so so much more than that...
For me, I've come into a state of peace, with who I am, with my past, my shadows, my darkness and my light, I am WAY more calm having been on this path now for a number of years, and I can say with a deep knowing that there is nothing more important and meaningful than this path of self-actualisation and awareness. If you know, you know.
