The St. Louis Shock, LA Mad Drops, and now the new-look Columbus Sliders have all been crowned MLP "super teams" — and all three have stumbled out of the gate.
Kate Fahey joins Zane Navratil and Nico the Lefty to explain why: the shift in mentality from treating every regular-season loss like a crisis to seeing it as a stepping stone, how the Shock have learned to play loose as favorites instead of clenching in the finals, and the work coach Erik Lange has put in to keep the team even-keeled.
