I visited Tsubaya in Kappabashi—one of my absolute favorite knife shops in Tokyo—and encountered the ultimate knife salesperson! 🔪🇯🇵

Not only does Tsubaya have one of the most insane selections of handcrafted Japanese blades in all of Japan, but the service and expertise here are on another level. When someone knows their craft this well (and has the charm to match), you're almost guaranteed to walk out with a new knife!
