Shay has been growing and progressing as an athlete a ton of this last year if you haven't noticed! Shay is killing it on the East Coast with a fresh style and always bringing more progression through each video. Right now, Shay is running a college Parkour club at the University of Connecticut in Trumbull, CT. We are really excited to see him grow as a part of Move to Inspire.
