Defining Moment Contest:
I chose this video for the D...M...Contest for many reasons. For one, when this video was done, I felt worthy. I've always tried to gain skills and try to make my videos the same goodness as the popular vidders I see on here. And when I was done making it, I had this feeling of completeness and serenity, I made a video with sooo much heart,and I got a sense of acheviement.
This song always speaks to me. No, I have never had a love as deep and then have my heart broken as the lyrics describe ,but some part of the lyrics pretty much paint me. One of my favorite lyrics is from this song,"All this time spent in vain.Wasted years.Wasted gain.All is lost.Hope remains.And this war's not over".
I've been pushed around alot through the years, and have been stabbed deep from people that I thought cared about me, but I always find hope. And you know what, I know it'll probaly happen again,but it's life...
Jake and Peyton are also one of the reasons why this video was a defining moment for me....During 00:05-00:12 I could relate to the lost feeling Peyton has, waiting for that part of her that she know is missing, and then at 00:54 she had what completes her,in my opinion. And to me, that gives me hope.Jake and Peyton went perfectly with this video. Their love was so strong, but life happens. And yes, Peyton moved on, but I think that she still has the what ifs and will always love Jake. Leyton was the end,obviously. But I still believe that the war may have ended, but the fight will always go on.
This video was pieces of me, and until I was done with it, did I realize that it was.
And that would be why it was a defining moment....

It's bout Jake and Peyton,and while making this,it made me very depressed.I miss Jeyton! Ecspecially since I was in Wilmington this past Aug.,and I heard what should've happened for both Jeyton and Brucas =[ but these two were LOVE and I wish they could've ended up together.And in my mind they do in the future.Cause their someday is now.
I guess this is kind of Peyton's POV.
