Recently I was messing with RetroArch and I noticed they have an X68000 core and as it turns out it works pretty damn good. I have tried using the MisterFPGA cores but the software emulation seems a little more developed at this point.
Anyway here’s a 1-Life clear of Strider, it’s a little bit sloppy in places but that’s Strider jank for you and I’m a bit out of practice with arcade Strider. It’s pretty damn accurate as you can guess aside from the small black bar at the top which house the score and lives etc.. It also doesn’t seems as smooth as the arcade at times, but that could be because of the emulation. Aside from that it’s pretty much arcade perfect, and it even has the infinite drone glitch for the arcade (@1:19)
