Corrupt Ogle County State's Attorney Mike Rock charged a woman in SHARK for making calls to the sheriff's office to report illegal animal abuse. She made the calls because she was ordered to do so by SHARK's president, Steve Hindi, who has publicly stated as much.
So why isn't SHARK's president being charged? Is it because State's Attorney Mike Rock would rather victimize a woman?
