I wanted to introduce you to my son, Theo! He is truly the most perfect miracle baby. 🤍 I will be forever thankful to his his incredibly strong birth mom for choosing my husband and I to be his parents. We are currently soaking in our first week together as a family of four but I wanted to say thank you so much for all of your kind comments and messages!
