While I didn't get to play as much of the Ringu PTB as I would have wanted, because of my irl job, I did play a little bit to get a feel of the perks, and power. In this video I share my thoughts on them and how they might affect the future meta. I also share changes I would make to the perks and power to make them more viable and impactful.
