Hi everyone!
I'm sorry that I disappeared for so long. Summer vacation got away from me and I ended up not doing much of anything when I had so many things planned....but that's okay. Things are going great and getting better each day! I started working at my children's school and it has really helped motivate me towards so very positive changes.
I made this junk mail journal quite awhile ago and have been wanting to share it with you. Thank goodness my kids and I had today off, so I was able to film this quick video about it and show it to you before I have too many images glued inside of it.

Start around the 16:40 point if you would like to see how I do it. In this video, I only poke three holes but I do the same thing when I poke five holes, like I do for this junk journal.
