It's has since 2011 that Bas has rolled, so 12 years.
Victor and Bas met, it clicked, and they thought it would be fun to share some techniques. This time Bas takes the lead, this is nothing really new to Victor of course, but there are differences in their styles.
Bas starts with super basic stuff that transformed him, "somehow" (as he will mention) in understanding the ground game.
People know Bas from his livershot KO's and regular KO's, but many don't know that he has more submission victories then KO's.
He's a bit rusty but it all comes back.....

As a professional fighter, one of his favorite tactics was the liver shot (both punch and kick), and he popularized its use in MMA. Bas is known for his charisma and has capitalized on his celebrity status since retiring from fighting in 1999. He works as a color commentator in the MMA orginazation. He has appeared in numerous tv shows, movies, and video games. He also coaches MMA and has authored several instructional materials.
