I fought the V2 form right after I fought the original form, so no changes were made to my add-ons or folder. He's got more HP and fires off more missiles and tank shots. Not much else to say about him. V3 adds a bit more, though.
His chip's pretty neat. He uses his gattling gun attack and the fires a tank shot on the row he's one, essentially hitting the enemy the shot hits twice and everything else once.
One thing I didn't say in the last video is that Rika also has a cushion in her room of the Evil Eye Σ tank she used in the Extra Stage of Story of Eastern Wonderland.
