The second new navi in the grand prix, next up is SpannerMan. We saw him and his operator, Neku (I don't know his surname because none of the guides I've looked at go past chapter 2 and I only know, like, ten kanji), in chapter 3, but now we finally get to fight him.
An original character with an original navi. He's pretty cool. I like his design. Clearly one who does metal working. He has shockwaves, can crack your panels, has GospelBreath and some other attack I broke. He'll be a fun one for future fights, I can tell. I hope he ends up getting SuperArmor like TankMan did.
Those double program advances, though.
