In episode 2 our Crew Appreciation series, we're shining light on Ben the Volunteer Medic, who gives some insight into a day in the life as medical staff during the festival, staying calm, constantly being challenged on the go, and how Shambhala Music Festival has transformed him and others to "drop down their guards and just BE themselves!"
Ben calls the Medical Team at Shambhala, one of the most efficient medical teams he's had a chance to work for. "Shambhala is setting the stage on what medical should be like for every festival. I mean our response time, we’re usually on someone within like 3 to 4 minutes of a call being in. As soon as it calls me, 30 seconds we’re gone. We’re on route!”
