Shadowsoul is the musical fusion of Mario Usai (Clan of Xymox) and Ezekiel Solis (Helicon).
Through their personal styles, they combine talents for to present their second single “Eerie”.
This song is about a paranormal experience in the mountains near Malinalco, Mexico: an inexplicable campfire appearing amidst a forest storm. While locals claim it is a manifestation of witches, the area was also a campsite 500 years ago for elite warriors - Eagle and Jaguar warriors - en route to their training in Malinalco. These warriors belonged to the Mexica (Aztec) Empire and were said to possess shamanic powers.
