If you leave the two doors close that i show in the video and don't move past the trap in the ally way. You force all the zombies to spawn out of only three windows. Which makes it possible to kill 50+ zombies per squid gun shot.
I played to 121 in this game without a down then decided the quit. It only took 6 hours and i didnt need a extra max ammo till near the end. This is likely the fastest way of playing this map.
