Attack the 2nd Sister first so she goes into her dialogue, giving you time to have a 1v1 against the 9th Sister. During this period, you are able to deal 80% damage to the 9th Sister before the 2nd Sister returns to battle.

Now that it is back to a 2v1, survive and mainly focus on the 9th Sister to elimanate her from the game.

Now it's a 1v1. There are 2 strategies to beat the 2nd sister. First strat is to fight her like a Badass (Evading and Parrying). Second strat is to fight her like a coward (Roll around, hit her once and run away)

It's as easy as that :)
