Hello my gorgeousness!! Shadow is one of my favorites types of self work to do and I find it so beneficial. Its a very important partof my practice and I definitely recommendthat everyone integrate it into their lives as well. This is just a quick beginner video with seem points that I like to touch on ans answering some questions that I've been sent over the past few weeks. There will be a part two coming next week where we will get more in depth with other forms of shadow works as well!
