Here’s an animation I that I started making in 2022! It’s directly inspired by the cutscene where they meet and fight in Sonic 06. The voice clips are taken from the game.
I also mashed up the Vs. Character BGM from Sonic 06 and Sonic Generations for the video. youtu.be/XHReuOxtk0k?si=DkYkgMgfmW2eNuLw
I made the thumbnail art too.
As you can see, it’s mostly frame-by-frame. And, it runs on 12 frames per second. The background was made separately ('rotoscoped' from a random map in Gmod called "Train") and I had to imagine where both characters were standing. Overall there are 70 different background images.
Do you think my animation has improved since my Amy Intervenes animation I did a while back?
