READ THE DESCRIPTION

Well, I finally decided to get to revamping my Shadow. The PSA itself is near completion and I just need to tighten up a few things (*cough*Final Smash fail*cough*). However, I can tell you now that this Shadow is significantly more balanced than before and focuses more on the Chaos powers.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT

What needs to be done:
- Jason Griffith voice
- All interface hacks
- Some general tweaks here and there
- Inclusion of alternate versions (i.e. no guns, no Chaos Control, Minus version etc)
