Black Doom holds a speech, telling the world who they are. The President manages to escape in time before the White House is blown up. At the G.U.N. headquarters, the President and the G.U.N. Commander learns that the Black Arms have penetrated the G.U.N. headquarters. The G.U.N. Commander takes the matter in his own hands and wants them to deploy the Diablon so that they can get rid of the Black Arms. Shadow is seen reminiscing what Professor Gerald told him, and then moves on.
Goes through Stage 6 GUN Fortress.
