Shadow the Hedgehog RELOADED: A Dark Adventure Awaits…
Today we'll be exploring the Shadow the Hedgehog RELOADED mod which includes,
Unlocks and Story Pacing
Cutscenes are always skippable.
Last Story now unlocks after 3 Story endings, instead of all 10.
Expert Mode unlocks after beating Last Story, instead of requiring all A Ranks. Expert Mode now has a unique ending animation. You can also practice Expert levels in Select Mode by locking in a stage with the X button.
Missions
Many missions are more forgiving, allowing you to miss a few enemies or objects instead of needing to find ALL of them.
Partner characters won't stop you with their "camera zoom" introductions when you first meet them.
Partner characters won't automatically swap your active mission if you manually "lock in" your desired mission, either via D-Pad or by the Pause Menu. D-Pad Up will reset back to automatic swapping.
Levels
S Rank has been added to the Rank system. Good luck!
The Secret Door system was reworked into additional pathways instead of one-time bonuses. You can now find extra routes and secrets, even on your first playthrough.
The Secret Keys have been replaced with Red Rings, and have been shuffled around for many levels.
Many "forced waiting" sections, such as elevators, are faster than before, or are skippable if you're skilled enough. In-game timing can be used for speedruns, as we apply the timing mechanisms from ShadowSX
Player Actions
Shadow is generally faster and more responsive.
Hold L to always perform a Jump Dash instead of a Homing Attack. This is useful if you don't want to target enemies while platforming.
You can toggle between Original and Reloaded melee weapon styles with the Z button. In Reloaded style, hold B to activate the weapon's hitbox, and hold B+L to perform rapid swings while running. You can also lock-in the weapon's hitbox by sliding while holding B.
Go faster or slow down while riding the cyberspace circuits by pressing the A and B buttons.
Shadow can now slide out of a spindash, homing attack, and jump dash.
Sliding duration is player controlled. Hold X to slide as long as you want.
Air Saucers are much more mobile. Pressing A twice results in a downward spike instead of a double jump.
You can tap A to make cars and motorcycles accelerate much faster and maintain a higher top speed. You can dismount at any time. Press Y to brake.
Unused Content
An inaccessible area in Lost Impact is now reachable.
Some unused dialogue was restored/added where appropriate.
“E.G.G.M.A.N. (Doc Robeatnix Mix)” was added to Lava Shelter's Egg Dealer fight. This was normally only played briefly during a cutscene.
"Who I Am", a planned track, was added to GUN Fortress Hero and Final Haunt Dark endings.
"Broken", a planned track, was added to Black Comet's endings. (Black Comet normally reused a GUN Fortress ending track.)
Visuals
Widescreen and 4:3 ratio options. Before our work on widescreen, the UI was either stretched or incorrectly placed on the screen.
The bloom effect was reduced.
The palette of some similar-looking stages were changed to differentiate them.Maria's eyes were adjusted.
Stray HP Bar pixel was removed.
Wrong Artificial Chaos eye glow rotation was fixed.
Unrigged GUN Bigfoot Type B cockpit glare was fixed.
All unlit ring inhibitors in cutscenes featuring Shadow were fixed.
The PS2 exclusive hand rig/animations for the Commander were fixed.
Chaos Emeralds have a darkened texture in all cutscenes.

Top 5 Things Sonic Racing Crossworlds NEEDS TO HAVE
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds[a] is an upcoming kart racing game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. It is set to be released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.
Gameplay
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is a kart racing game, similar to its predecessor, Team Sonic Racing although CrossWorlds does not retain that games cooperative team racing mechanic. Players race against one another in three-lap races around a track, and collect power-ups to help in overtaking other racers, similar to other games in the genre such as the Mario Kart series. Players can choose between standard race cars, which will turn to boats and planes at different points in the race similar to Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, or Extreme Gear hoverboards, which were previously featured in the Sonic Riders sub-series and utilize similar boost-based mechanics. Unlike previous Sonic racing games, characters are not restricted to a single vehicle and have their own stats, which affect the performance of vehicles Vehicles fall into one of five different classes based on their most prominent stat: Speed, Acceleration, Power, Handling, and Boost. A total of 45 different vehicles can be unlocked with players also able to combine parts from the vehicles they have unlocked to create custom vehicles. Before starting a race, players can equip gadgets that will provide them passive advantages, such as drawing in distant rings or prioritizing specific power-ups; up to six gadget slots can be unlocked, with some gadgets requiring multiple slots to be equipped
The game is set to feature 24 different race tracks.[8] After the first lap of each race, the leading racer will be able to choose between two different Travel Rings, large ring shaped portals that appear in the middle of the track; selecting a Travel Ring will send the racers through it to the corresponding CrossWorld, one of 15 separate locations in which the second lap of the race takes place before reverting to the original track for the final lap While in the CrossWorld, random frenzy modifiers will be activated, causing additional effects such as adding moving boost gates to the course Elements of the track layout will also change during the final lap, opening new paths and shortcuts. In addition to standard grand prix and time attack gameplay, other modes are available, including Race Park and Challenges The game supports local multiplayer, as well as cross-platform online multiplayer for up to 12 players.
Characters
Sega has stated that CrossWorlds will feature the largest roster of playable characters in a Sonic racing game to date. 23 playable characters are planned to feature at launch, of which there have been 15 officially announced; eight others have been noted as appearing in the games promotional material, although Sega has not confirmed their inclusion. Additional characters are set to be released as downloadable content. In addition to the Sonic characters, characters from other Sega properties are also planned. Characters originating from the animated series Sonic Prime are included as part of the games digital deluxe edition.
