Shadow and E-123 Omega meets Dr. Eggman who tells them to go away. Shadow uses the opportunity to ask Dr. Eggman if he's an android. Dr. Eggman confirms that both Shadow and E-123 Omega are his creations and attacks them for their betrayal.
