Walkthrough part 2.
The G.U.N. commander orders the soldiers to subdue the aliens and Shadow. Shadow is seen walking with two Chaos Emeralds in his arms. Black Doom appears and is quite irritated at Shadow for have diobeyed his orders. Shadow tells Black Doom that he has his own reasons to collect the Chaos Emeralds. Black Doom mentions that perhaps Professor Gerald has done more to Shadow's memory than he thought. Shadow is questioning what he means, but Black Doom teleports Shadow. Shadow is seen waking up in a canyon where he's going to find out what they're up to.
Goes through Stage 2 Glyphic Canyon.
