Shadow has defeated Sonic and the G.U.N. Commander and has collected all of the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic asks Shadow why he has sided with the Black Arms. Shadow goes on saying that he's the ultimate life form, born to protect Black Doom. With the Chaos Emeralds, the world will be turned into the dark empire. Shadow then breaks into laughter.
