This is the Shadow of Veils sniper rifle.
Currently it's only available via a Judgment's chance from Variks in the Reef, but I imagine he will be selling it as the weekly weapon soon.

It hits extremely hard and has some awesome perks to make it very stable when firing.

Slightly less impact than an Efrideet's Spear or a Black Hammer.
But it outperforms the Patience and Time in almost every area!

Don't overlook this weapon if you get one, it's really good!
