Everything means one of everything obtainable in a New Game run: Weapons, Armor, Gestures, Consumables, Spells, Incantations. If you can think of it, I will collect/farm it.
The only thing I won't get here is Dung Eater's spirit ash since it is mutually exclusive with Nepheli's spirit ash and needs to wait for NG+.
