Based on my previous upload (yesterday) I thought I would get a closer look at Basaran's energy weapon which has four bone like terminals that appear to conduct electricity from the air (?) In theory, Basaran could build up an excess charge of negative ions which would interact with the positive ions in the environment. This flow of ions gives rise to a temporary potential gradient across the terminals resulting in a huge discharge of electricity.
