Objectively speaking, the best ending: Eike does not die, he does not kill anybody (although it might be that Homunculus does), and he does not start dating his own daughter. He even manages to destroy Homunculus, although by accident... Steins;Gate fans will also enjoy Homunculus reflections about how difficult it is to change the timeline.
To get this ending, you must tell Margarete that you think she is you ancestress (in chapter 5), you must visit the fortuneteller before travelling to the past, then you must find Homunculus in 1985, and finally you must not force Margarete to return to the past.
