Ahh finally I did it. Man I spent like uh about 2 days trying to make work this in cheat engine. This was definitely more complex that the previous game of item modifiers. In Sega All-Stars Racing it was simplier. In this game there are 5 types of item modifier sections (car, boat, plane, allstar, and item icon). Good thing I picked a car only stage. I think I understand what goes on with it now. Unfortunately location changes places per quit or exit or leave track unlike the first game.
