Transferred over pre-existing animations to Hk because I never thought to check if the basic ik rig worked on him.. whoops. XD Anyway, now that he's easier to animate than I thought before, I plan to do more stuff with him as he navigates Sonic's world. This starts off a short story of sorts though the tone won't be as serious as say the Unifier is. If you're wondering why Metal Sonic at the end, make sure to watch Tails Meets HK-47.

This all began as a test with smoke particles, I was looking for some fog effects, but then I had some old cartoons playing and it inspired me to make this XD Carol was the one I started this with, and came to find that the others could also easily take the animation, with some adjustment needed. Each of the models in the FP Megapack have the same face flexes so that was a given, but their rigs differ slightly so I was surprised at how well they didnt break immediately from the animation as what tends to happen XD Hope you enjoy!

It never crossed my mind that there were cutscenes with audio recorded that were cut from Freedom Planet during production so when I stumbled across these lines I was quite surprised! I do understand that some of the other cut pieces of dialogue were perhaps redundant or didnt flow well with other cutscenes that would occur later, still I wish some of them made it to the final game, like this little scene for instance ^^

Some dialogue and sound effects for the FP2 sample demo came out recently on the Sounds Resource and after hearing one of Dawn Bennetts yells as Lilac, I just had to create a short scene around it! So here is the result of that, which was pretty fun to work on and helped me get a good handle on some post rendering edits that I didnt really know how to use. Hope you like how this scene came out!
