Concept/test of something I want to do very soon, the title will make more sense then. Summer break just about over so it's back to regular work schedule for me, but I'm still planning to have something for Mania coming up in a couple days. I hope you enjoy this short preview though, had some fun playing with some new effects I was thinking about!

Canonically Lilacs ear pieces are hearing aids, as her own ears suffer from a genetic defect rendering her hard of hearing if not deaf. With that in mind, I had this headcanon that Lilac would know sign language! And given the world of Avalice I thought itd be fitting to include a Chinese Sign Language variation of this brief phrase ^^

The connections across various media can be amazing sometimes xD Ben Schwartz voiced a sassy racing droid in a recent episode of The Bad Batch and hearing the various scenes just made way too much sense to think of him as Metal Sonic seeing as he voiced Movie Sonic. So this little idea was born, taking from some lines from the episode, though there are a couple more that Id like to do at some point. Hope you enjoy how this came out!

Been a while since Ive done one of these, and theyre a lot of fun to do, so since I havent been able to put anything out in a while I figure I could take break and have some fun. A little bit about this short and the world around it is these are scenarios I imagine the classics would be in if they all lived in the same world as the moderns after generations. Essentially each character takes care of his or her younger self, like Knuckles caring for his classic self. From time to time, the modern characters are called on to care for the group of classics if the others need to be away for whatever reason, so this time around Knuckles has to watch the kids so to speak. The idea behind it was pitched to me by my mom cause she wanted to give me an idea for a video, so I decided to work on this one and get it out for her to see, thanks mom!
This was also a good chance to try some new things such as the textures that were made by my friend Faina Lotea, as well as an overlay/lighting type of thing we sort of discovered, though cant really see it in this instance.

Initially this was a commission render for an anonymous user, however I liked the idea so much that I decided to make the short animation as well! I grew up watching The Simpsons a ton so I do enjoy being able to goof around with moments from it, especially one that had a meme built around for a time xD Why did Charmy do this exactly? From what I hear he wasnt in The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog so maybe he was feeling salty for being left out!
