This is to show that Vega from SFII World Wariror does indeed have an air throw, prior to SFII Champion Edition. It can be used by the player via the new Boss Hack. For whatever reason, Vega's air throw is completely absent from the SNES version of SFII World Warrior. This new CPS1 Arcade hack pretty much makes up for everything that was lost in the SNES translation.
It's also interesting to note that Vega can be attacked while floored down when his tripped frames are displayed. This leads to a 100% tripping combo that can be usd against him by either Vega (Claw) himself, or M.Bison (Dictator).
