HISTORY: Vanessa is a Valkyrie/Demon, her mother was a Valkyrie while her father was a Demon. Them mating caused her to become a hybrid of the both. So not only could she kill people in a instant. But she can control possess others to make them do her dirty work.

One day in the forest, Vanessa came across Proteus. Instantly she knew he could be good for something. Especially since people were catching on to her killings. She needed to get the blame on someone else..

Vanessa approached the man and immediately found out about how he was in the woods to kill a deer for his wife, Pocahontas. She was ill and needed to be fed.

Once that information was found, Vanessa decided to make a deal with him. His soul was to be given to her if he wanted his wife better. Proteus accepted the deal and immediately Vanessa went to work. But instead of taking his soul, Vanessa possessed him and forced him to kill Pocahontas. Making him her slave forever.

HISTORY: Proteus was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was hunting for deer in the forest for his wife, wanting to get her nourished. A woman with long, dark brown hair approached him. She told him she could heal his wife in exchange for his soul. He accepted it..

He regretted it when he woke up from darkness and saw his wife on the ground, dead, Vanessa standing over her. It was then he knew this woman wasn't going to let him go, and she was never to be trusted.
