I am starting a mini series of sewing separates to help encourage my effort to wear skirts.
In this series, I hope to add fun styles and combinations of new and existing patterns as well as fabric choices. Like dresses, skirts can be fun pieces, and I want to feel comfortable enough to wear them as well.
This week, I chose the a-line skirt from Simplicity 8401 and the vest from Butterick 6901 as a great base. The fabric choice is a zebra stripe gold and beige from Mood Fabrics.com.
