Hello Friends! This week I am starting my Halloween dreams, and getting a head start on what may be what I wear to the Saint Louis Ball in October. I have been talking about wanting a witchy 18th century round gown for years, so I figured what better time to pull out the Scroop Angelica pattern and give it a go! This build will probably be 2-3 videos and here is the first part in which i make the majority of the bodice!
