Today, we are diving into the Tilda Blouse by Maison Fauve. It's a hugely popular pattern, and a big reason for that is that it's completely free to download from their website.
Its delicate pleated details—or pintucks—at the neckline and on the sleeves are a subtle detail with a flared silhouette. I decided to keep it summery by sewing the short-sleeved version.
I chose this beautiful navy-blue gauze for my blouse. The pattern suggests light-to-medium weight fabrics with plenty of drape, like viscose, cotton, or silk—anything that will really show off the flared cut and those lovely pleats. This light-weight gauze just felt right. It’s fluid and a great addition to my wardrobe.

I got the sizing wrong, but it’s still a wearable garment. Apart from being too big everything else about it is spot on. The delicate pleated sleeves and front and the flared bodice.
