Today I am sewing a 1930s evening gown from a reproduction patter. It a floor length halter dress that features godets in the skiry. I am using a polyester iridescent magenta with green flash and a purple silk. I am using Lady Marlowe's B-6942 (Butterick 6942 from the 1930s).
