Several activists were arrested after sitting in on US Capitol grounds across the street from the Supreme Court in a demonstration to support protecting access to abortion medication mifepristone on Tuesday morning.
Demonstrators opposed to mifepristone also showed up holding signs like "Jewish, Queer, Anti-Fascist, Anti-abortion" and "No Genocide in Gaza or the womb."
They were outnumbered by supporters of access to the drug.
