Dr. Campbell, as a pastor, scholar, historian, and expert on religion was chosen to serve as an editor for this momentous project: this is the FIRST major scholarly work on the Seventh-day Adventist Christian faith made by a non-SDA press! Dr. Campbell teaches the true essence of the Seventh-day Adventist Christian faith and shows what Adventism looks like at its best and what pitfalls we need to avoid. Also, Id probably say things less certainly now than I did back in 2018. There may be ways around some problems with divine conceptualism (see e.g. https://www.reasonablefaith.org/writings/question-answer/questions-about-god-and-abstract-objects/). But its almost an a priori presumption for me now that one shouldnt conflate semantics/linguistics and ontology. Thats my main motivation for being an anti-realist about mathematical objects. But I get that other people just see things differently. So, I might still float a conceptualist argument for God as something for them to consider. Id probably make clear that it doesnt convince me, but only because Im an anti-realist about mathematical objects. If I were a realist about them, it probably would appeal to me. For instance, think about the link between the physical, mental, and mathematical in the argument for God from the usefulness of maths in science. It seems that the best case for an ultimate source for the whole scenario is a divine mind. So, if mathematical objects were real, they, like the physical world itself, would find their source in God.
