England is not often associated with modern humanoid encounters. Yet between 1995 and 2006, multiple witnesses across the country filed reports of figures human in outline, but disturbingly altered in form and movement.
On a rural road in County Durham, a woman described a small yellow figure moving beside the verge with what she termed a “puppet-like” action. In April 2006, two separate witnesses in Devon and Slade Green reported upright airborne figures resembling men equipped with jet packs. Near Petersfield, a furless creature with elongated fangs was observed on a mud bank in daylight. In Cornwall, a robed, monk-like figure was reported inside a bedroom in the early hours of the morning. In Wiltshire, a triangular-headed entity was later recalled under hypnosis following an unexplained lapse in consciousness. And on a dark rural road near Great Yarmouth, a witness described a being with the body of a horse and the face of a man.
