I originally snagged the "infamous" Day Designer pocket planner to see if this would work for me as an EDC so I could show you how I would use this inexpensive (just under $7) planner for on-the-go. But this planner really just won't work for me. As a working mom with a full-time job, my channel and my website/planner launch I just couldn't make it work without adding a lot of sticky notes and an extra notebook. That was a lot of frankenplanning to make this work when I already have great systems that work for me. But my kiddo saw the planner layout when I was flipping thru it and immediately wanted it for himself. But alas it's a very girly planner with the floral print. So we decided to transform it into a boy planner.
In this video I walk you thru the transformation from a girly pocket planner to a boy-appropriate planner. There are other versions of this planner available online - some with blue and green back covers...but most are more expensive than this version.
