In this final session in the Open Accelerator program, we will learn about the different formats and challenges of running a systems innovation initiative. We will look at cocreations, labs, and ecosystems as ways to organize such projects. We will go on to focus on what labs are, give examples, and show how to organize and facilitate them. During the session, you will explore the challenges of running such projects as well as some of the skills of an ecosystem builder and facilitator.
Purpose
This session aims to help members better understand the different formats for organizing a systems innovation initiative through, co-creations, projects, labs, and ecosystems. The aim is that you will also better understand the key challenges we face when pursuing systems innovation initiatives and be better equipped to respond to them.
Who
In this workshop, we will explore the process of setting up a lab through a systemic perspective. Our two expert speakers will share their experiences in designing and implementing innovative, systems-driven approaches to tackling complex challenges.
